Record Keeping and Farm Management Services

Let us be honest – many farmers hate record keeping. But without good records, you cannot track expenses, measure profit, secure loans, or scale. We offer two services to take the burden off your shoulders.

Crop Record Templates – Ugx 200,000

A complete set of crop record templates for proper farm management. Track planting dates, inputs, harvest yields, labor costs, and more. Ready to use on paper or adapt to spreadsheets.

Farm Financial Records – Ugx 1,000,000 per year

We provide a detailed running ledger for all farm expenses and sales. You give us your monthly records (hard copy or soft copy). We organize them, track profitability, and prepare summaries. At year end, you have a complete financial picture. “We are the best at this!”
